Or does the jdm gsr tranny come with an LSD?

yep jdm motors come with lsd, they aren't helical though...but hey can't complain when it's a free add on. I'm telling you, just lower your tire pressure and find the correct rpm to launch at, you don't need parts to fix driving error.

first of all, JDM motors DONT come with LSD. i do warm up my tires, and i am not launching at to high of rpms. i tried a few different rpms and i spun at all of them. i found that i if i started at 2000 rpms it still spun but not that bad, if i start any lower i might as weel just start at idle. and yes it was my first time to the track so it is taking me a few times to get used to it, but from what if heard from other people, the only thing i need to improve is my reaction time. other then that my driving is good.

for someone who has no idea how i drive you sure like to talk alot of shit. and i really dont care to be critisized by some who isnt much faster then me and has turbo. considering im such a BAD driver and im pulling 15s, im sure you, the almighty racing god, could do much better. no need to be a dick........................dick. :booty:

that's funny, my friend scotts jdm gsr has a limited slip in it. But maybe jotech and their 9 second hatch must be lying to them since they are all stupid riceboys like you h: In any case if you have 35 tire pressure like you run on the street and cold tires of course you're gonna spin even at 3000 rpms. Either that or you are just retarded and have no clutch control.

Reaction time has NOTHING TO DO WITH your e/t or 60 foot and i highly doubt you're bracket racing at the track so STFU and stop making excuses. A bolton gsr hybrid civic on street tires is perfectly capable of a low/mid 14. Go drop your tires to 20-22 psi, heat them up and stop dumping your clutch. You're probably one of those suckers that i ran down when i just had i/h/e cause i'd rip you about 3 out of the hole and it'd take you till the end of 3rd to catch up

i'm just trying to give you some decent advice but hey if you don't wanna listen go ahead and run your 2.5 60 foots all day.

LSD didnt come with the jdm B18c swap, but you should be runnin mid to high 14s easily. i ran my dx with jdm b18c swap and my first run on steelies at regular driving pressure i ran a 14.5 also realize i had no tach in my car so i have no clue wat i was launching at. later i was able to pull a 14.3 somthin on the steelies again. this was full interior without spare and jack and stuff. plus no AC. but u should still be able to get into the high 14s. im not bashin just tellin u from experience wat your car should be capable of.

Jdm gs-r's had OPTIONAL lsd. It wasn't standard.
And I think why you hook better is because of lag. The gs-r starts making torque early, hence tire spin.
