can't get up to speed
jafro... cx and vx trannies are the same (like hatchvx said) Redline is 6000, peak power (
h: ) is 5500. You can get it going pretty fast on a downhill or flat road. The stock brakes are shit at any speed (that was one of my first uprades).

So you've still got a D15Z1? Holy crap! I didn't think a civic hatch could overcome the wind resistance to hit 110. I've never tried it anyway, but that's good to know. How do the drum brakes feel slowing that thing down? Also... Was that 60mph 2nd gear shift at 6800rpms? Or was it the 6000rpm red-line mark that's on the VX tach? If it was at 6800, it sounds like the VX second gear might be different. I lost my shift light's function when I installed the DX ECU.

Someone said something about the drum brakes...does anyone know if the disc brakes ona Del Sol can fit into a 97 civic dx? Would I really want to do it?
