Default 1/4 mi. time?

hi, i really want to run my car on the 1/4 mi, but there're no tracks in my state! i was wondering if anybody could make a guess as to what times i might run.

i have a 1999 civic ex with these mods:

CAI
dc sports 4-1 stainless headers (i wrapped them w/ header wrap)
dc sports tcs cat-back exhaust
unorthodox racing pulley set (ultra ss)
and i dunno if suspension would make that much of a diff., but i have eibach pro kit springs and kyb agx adjustable dampers.

i really have no clue as to what times i could expect, like i said, your guesses are appreciated. thanks!

someone i talk to in VA said he ran a 15.9 w/ his 97 dx with only intake and exhaust done... no headers or anything else. according to that, i should be able to run in the 15's, but how true is that?

i didn't think that could be true for a dx... i was just saying, if he said that, then i'd be running quicker than him
