1/4 mi. time?
Oneslodx: I'm in Richmond, VA, too! I can come and watch you run. I'm not a hater, I'm not a prick, I'm just a skeptic. I don't see how anyone can run a time like that in a NA/no N20 Honda 1.5L. Many turbo cars with 200+hp can't run that fast, and the 92-95 DX motor is a whopping 104hp. If I saw you make a pass like that, then damn, I'll be the first one back on this thread giving props. I have a friend that gutted his EX and spent thousands on mods to get to a 15.9. If you did it, I'd be all over your car lookin for a bottle.
They're running today at Richmond, but I'm remodeling a bathroom. Friday the 11th, I'll be totin' the GSX out there for one last test and tune round before putting her up in mothballs. If for some reason I miss that, I'll be there on the Fri, 25th for sure. I like the Friday Night test & tunes because you get to make so many passes.
Redcivic: Get a 93 that has a build date BEFORE 92.5 or you'll end up with a 7-bolt engine. You'll also get the big 4-bolt rear end and big brakes with that model. They're really hard to find these days. As far as the second gen cars are concerned, 95's are the best because they have EPROM ECU's.
I'm always up for watching conventional cars run unconventional numbers. Richmonders, let me know when you're going to the track! I want to go.

zang42 i live a few exits from the NE dragway, you're lookin at a 2.5 hr drive if you live near hartford and 3.5 if you're near NYC. I reccomend waiting til the end of the month, the last saturday of every month they have import wars and they do drags all day and have a car show and shiat like that. I can let you know for sure when it happens if you want.
hey i know yall are gunna take this as me BSing, but i dont have that setup nemore, i blew that motor about a month and a half ago, and am currently in the process of installin my B18C. if ur talkin about goin to the T&T at VMP on the 11th i should be there with my car tho. although u cant see me run with my old setup bc ill have the B18c, i know its hard to beleive as i didnt even beleive it myself, and have wondered if the timing system was ****ed up or wat, but then the next run i ran a 15.9 and another 15.9 later that night. yall dont have to beleive me but i know i did it and so did my friends that were there so watever, but i will be at VMP the 11th if my car is running by then or not.
I'll see if I can make it. I have a shton of things to do b4 then, but might be able to swing it. My civic sprung a leak (Crank seal, ^$#@!!!). Sux. I've burned the POS copper gasket off of the turbo on the GSX, it litterally evaporated. I'll probably have to spend next weekend on one of them, but Richmond Dragway on the 25th looks more likely. I don't care if you blew up a D15B7, I just want to meet some other local racers so when I run a ridiculous time there are witnesses
. Look for a black 95 GSX with vanity plates and sleepy non-turbo GS wheels. I'll likely turn up at one track or the other.
