hahhahaha..all ya'll do is WHORE!!!

either way,

this is how i did mine.

1.) sand down the area you're going to work with.
2.) use two layers of fiberglass to cover the molding.
3.) cut the fiberglass into smaller strips so it's easier to manipulate.
4.) make sure that the fiberglass resin is applied evenly, smoothly and most of all straight (minimize all ripples and waves).
5.) sand down the fiberglass to make it all smooth
6.) bondo on top in small portions.
7.) sand down each time to get a smooth, even surface
8.) use super fine, <300 grit to get the bondo really smooth.
9.) repeat steps 5-8 as neccessary.
10.) get it painted and make sure that when you open the door, there's enough clearance between the quarter panel and door.
11.) pop open a beer and pat yourself on the back.
12.) feel stoopid if it begins to crack and take back the pat.

look, here is a link on how someone did theirs... The SAME WAY I DID MINE! You use sheet metal because its more sturdy and reliable. You can just knick it with something sharp and put a hole in your ride.

Just read through what they did. Dont just use bondo and glass... wont be safe
