I used to have a set of Eichbach Pro-Kit and had the same problem too: Right-rear being a bit higher and left-front (driver side) being a bit lower. The whole car looked tilted to the driver's side. It was driving me crazy too. I don't think it's the problem with alignment. Correct me if I am wrong but actually I think it will cause alignment problem? Anyway I switched to Skunk 2 and Konis and have adjusted them so that all 4 corners sit at the same hight with even finger/fender gap all around even down to 1/16 of an inch. I highly recommend coilovers.

Hey thanks for the tips, I was trying to stay away from coil-overs because I've heard of a bumpy ride... but if that's the only way I can fix this problem I might.... over night I've been leaving my boxing bag and weights in the trunk to try and force it to settle lower...haha.. but we'll see.

My Skunk 2 CO are more bumpier than my old Pro-Kit due to stiffer spring rate, but handling's much better. Make sure you get good quality shocks to go with them. I don't think stock shocks will do. Just don't set it too low otherwise it'll feel like riding a roller coaster and you'll feel real dizzy.

BTW, I had Pro-Kit for 3 years and over 30,000 miles before switching over to Skunk 2, I guess that's a lot of time and miles for the spring to settle? But no, it's still tilted to driver's side. Good luck!

I've had my sportlines for about 6 months and the passenger side is 3/4" higher. It looks as if I where a Fat Ass, but I only weight 150lbs. The place I bought them said they needed to settle, but they still are uneven. I don't drive the car that much, so I figured that was the reason for not settling. This weekend I'm going to disassemble the suspension and compare spring heights. If I can see a difference I'm going to return them.
I think Eibach has some quality issues because since i've had this problem i've noticed many other having the same problem.

The drivers side is heavier than the passangers side, I said. Do what I said and jack up the car right in the middle front or back and you'll see the drivers side stays planted longer than the passangers. Also if you've got lots of miles, the drivers side struts wears quicker do to all the weight on that side.

I did an experiment cause the rear passangers side was like 2-3 inches higher than the drivers. I switched the struts between the two, then there was only a slight difference. The passangers side was still slightly higer, but not much at all.

The older your struts are, the more they'll sag.
