Default 95DX coupe - alignment problems

About a year ago I did alignment, and now about 3 weeks ago I changed tires and did alignment again. When they put it on the alignment machine, the toe on all 4 wheels was way off, by more than 1/2 degree. During that time I haven't done any suspension work, except for changing tires of course. Now, right after alignemt the ride was perfect. I could take the car to over 100 mph and it would ride smooth. However, only 3 or 4 weeks passed by and I already feel that alignment is off. After 80 mph i start feeling vibrations, etc. What could be the problem?

My current suspension setup is as follows: GSR rear LCA's, ITR rear sway bar, SI front sway bar, SI front LCA's, koni red shocks (adjustable, but not externally) and neuspeed sport springs with ~1.6" lowering. In the rear I have washers to correct camber and in the front I have progress camber kit. The camber kit suck, because it was adjusted a year ago to have my car at ~ -.5 camber and now its at -1.4 both sides, i guess it gets loose. First I thought my camber kit was to blame for toe misalinment, but why would it cause bad alignement in the rear? My rear trailing arms were replaced 2 years ago, LCAs 1 year ago.

My other idea is that the alignement might be getting lose because the car is dropped and the shocks are on their stiffest setting? NY roads have quite a few bumps and the ride is very rough.

.5 degree of toe isnt way off. the factory spec allows for ~2 deg of tolerance. vibration in your steering wheel can be caused by something as simple as tire pressure.

i spoke with an alignment guy before. he aligned his own accord perfectly on the machine, then drove it around the block. he put it back on teh rack and everything was off about .5deg in every direction =P

2 degree toe is factory spec? are you nuts???????????????????? maybe .2, which i still doubt. 2 degree toe would be easily visible by eye. i believe the spec is +- .1, and in your case it was probably .05 not .5

I was gonna say if you had the wheels balanced (I misread and thought that you put on a different set of wheels that weren't balanced) but now that I reread it, I wish I could tell you how to alleviate the problem.

wierd... the helms manual says

front toe-in: 0 +- 2mm
rear toe-in: 2 +- 2mm

i always thought toe was measured in degrees

just for reference
front camber: 0deg +-1deg
rear camber: -0deg 2' +-1deg
caster: 1deg10' +-2deg
