.5 degree of toe isnt way off. the factory spec allows for ~2 deg of tolerance. vibration in your steering wheel can be caused by something as simple as tire pressure.

i spoke with an alignment guy before. he aligned his own accord perfectly on the machine, then drove it around the block. he put it back on teh rack and everything was off about .5deg in every direction =P
