Default 95DX coupe - alignment problems

About a year ago I did alignment, and now about 3 weeks ago I changed tires and did alignment again. When they put it on the alignment machine, the toe on all 4 wheels was way off, by more than 1/2 degree. During that time I haven't done any suspension work, except for changing tires of course. Now, right after alignemt the ride was perfect. I could take the car to over 100 mph and it would ride smooth. However, only 3 or 4 weeks passed by and I already feel that alignment is off. After 80 mph i start feeling vibrations, etc. What could be the problem?

My current suspension setup is as follows: GSR rear LCA's, ITR rear sway bar, SI front sway bar, SI front LCA's, koni red shocks (adjustable, but not externally) and neuspeed sport springs with ~1.6" lowering. In the rear I have washers to correct camber and in the front I have progress camber kit. The camber kit suck, because it was adjusted a year ago to have my car at ~ -.5 camber and now its at -1.4 both sides, i guess it gets loose. First I thought my camber kit was to blame for toe misalinment, but why would it cause bad alignement in the rear? My rear trailing arms were replaced 2 years ago, LCAs 1 year ago.

My other idea is that the alignement might be getting lose because the car is dropped and the shocks are on their stiffest setting? NY roads have quite a few bumps and the ride is very rough.
