License plate related question

Oregon makes you have a front plate too - out here they use it sometimes as a target to aim their radar and laser at you - it has this really reflective coating on it - hmmm. Mine's sittin under the seat, and that's where it's gonna stay. Front plates look gay! plus, they restrict airflow... at least that's my excuse. Who wants to conform to everything in the book?! Haven't gotten hassled for it yet, but I'm sure it's gonna happen.

Only restricts flow if you have a FMIC, otherwise, what is it restricting flow to
