98 civic
My 1998 honda civic is losing coolant and when check it seems that its coming from reservoir tank. Everytime i check the coolant reservoir is full to the max and i can see that coolant is coming out thru there. Anyone has or had this problem???

Yep your head gasket is fried more than likely. Does your coolant look oily at all or has it changed colors? A simple test for the head gasket is take the radiator cap off when the car is cold and start it while watching the fluid in the radiator if it jumps out of the top of the radiator you have compression leaking into your coolant system thus a bad head gasket. Even if it doesn't jump it is still probably bad.

You are only supposed to fill it between MIN and MAX not up to and past MAX. It will overflow when you take your 1st corner especially if you car is warmed up.
What I would do though is drain your coolant, flush the system with water, and replace with fresh coolant (takes about 30 mins). If they coolant starts to change color or overflows again they it's definitely a head gasket or something else.

Turn the heat selector to full hot, so air doesn't get trapped in the heater core. On the older D-series the coolant pipe on the head had a bleeder valve that was real handy, but your '98 will be too new for that.

so does the car overheats? just the coolant goes to the reserve?
can you see if your top or lower hose kinda flatened out and not round anymore?
i would change the radiator cap and the thermostat

The car doesnt overheat except after a couple a days if i let the level go down. If i keep the level in the radiator always full the car does not get hot. The level goes down because the reservoir level get high and leaks, as long as i add coolant every other day the car is fine.

I'd also replace the hoses and expansion bottle while you're at it. All very inexpensive.
