Yep your head gasket is fried more than likely. Does your coolant look oily at all or has it changed colors? A simple test for the head gasket is take the radiator cap off when the car is cold and start it while watching the fluid in the radiator if it jumps out of the top of the radiator you have compression leaking into your coolant system thus a bad head gasket. Even if it doesn't jump it is still probably bad.
