im just throwing this one out the but what about a ls block with gsr head. iv heard its a little more pricey of course, but does anyone know the specs on this one. and does it cause any problems down the road

Osaka sucks. Heard enough bad stories about them on Honda-Tech.
Get an LS and turbo it. VTEC is over rated but by using an LS you can swap a vtec head later if you want.
I can't wait to do my LS/Turbo set up.
