PSI won't kill a motor. Too much ower and detonation will.

The only thing i've ever heard about B16's and Boost is because the B16 has a higher compression ratio that it's not made for high boost but other then that I don't know shit about them

Sorry to jack, but would a stock PCV system suffice with a low boost and conservative tune application?

Define low boost.

Anytime the PCV valve sees positive pressure, it will shut and trap the crankcase pressure forcing it against the rings and possibly break ringlands. A breather filter on the valve cover should be sufficient for low boost. Your tune has no affect on this.

I'm talking around 8psi on a T25. So how would I eliminate the PCV system and just use the breather?

yeah I'm sure he will just use a filter on the valve cover. and also Schmoo the Greddy oil catch can does it offer any benefits to N/A cars besides cathing blow-off gases, if not is it OK if i still buy one just as an accessory item
