Cheapest turbo setup possible
Chipping an ECU is easy if you know how to solder. There is plenty of DIY's online. And it's pretty easy to tune your A/F ratio with a wideband o2 controller. I have no clue how to tune ignition though. So I've never even researched it.

Speaking of tuners, has anyone heard of Pure Tuning from toldeo, ohio?
I think the other store they have is pure coast or somethign in CA.
I live in toledo and was wondering their credibility (they're the ones who recommended teins, and said 'no EVER' to the greddy eManage.)
They have evo's, civics, 240sx's, and porches out there all the time, but that doesnt always mean they're 'good'
