Thanks guys. I just might do it all and replace the o2 sensor (can get for $50 I think) and an ignition coil/wire from the coil to the dist ($60 I think, from a friend) and just fix it all at one time...

Ok, I took a look at my car during lunch. Like I say, I don't know that much about how everything works, but I do work with electronics. The only o2 sensor I could find was on the exhaust before the cat, after the header pipes close to the firewall. You said there is a second one. I didn't see one on or after the cat just looking under the car. Is there one on top of the cat or something? Do I have to jack it up to see it? Also, where is the ECU?

Oh, and where the hell is the ignition coil/ignitor. All I could see is what looked like a distributor bolted to the valve head cover thingy.

The second one will be physically in the back half of the cat. It is directly beneath your dashboard, and there's a couple wires that are pushed down through a rubber grommet leading to the sensor.

ECU should be in the passenger kickpanel (far right, under the glove box)
