If its a real qiet clicking then thats the injectors but if its loud then its prob your valves. I adjusted mine on my b20b and it was easy havnt dont ityet on my b16a.

Injectors can get extremely loud with age, you'd be suprised.

If you want to check, get a long screwdriver and place the tip on the top of each injector, and listen with your ear on the handle. If the click from the injectors matches the click you're talking about, you know it's the injectors.

Otherwise, it's the valves. Adjust them.

my car makes a ticking. if youve already identified that its coming from the engine....then stick with that...but check transmission bearings too. did you see if the noise goes away when you press the clutch? try that. my input shaft bearings are bad.

does the clicking coincide with RPM? If so...check your belts also. Your timing belt may be due. If your belts are ok, check the valves.
