What can i do to my engine?
Those mods would only let you beat a stock accord ex (4cylinder only)... that wouldn't be much to brag about either. I'd suggest the best bang for buck i've experienced on a d16y8. That would be the Hondata Gasket, you can get it for around $50... and it saves u money, u never have to buy another IM gasket again.
You can almost get a Greddy Kit for the amount you'd spend on those parts.

and electric turbos boost hprsepower by 50%!! sory man, but id have to see a dyno graph in person to believe it. for that 50 bux, you could put that toward either the swap or turbo setup u should be saving for
check out the hybrid section of this website. great info on all swaps there..
but for the just of it, you'll need complete engine assembly, a b series hydro tranny, b series axles (from 94+ integra is what most people use), b series shift linkage, an ecu corresponding to your model of obd, if you have a 92-95 then you have a lot of ecu options, but I'm guessing since you have a y8 that you are obd2, so your best bet for ecu is the corresponding obd2 LS integ ecu. You can use your old engines wiring harness, or just get one with the engine to make it easier, you'll need the motor mounts with the engine if possible (I think you can reuse some of yours), as well as a 99-00 civic si rear tranny mount....
other than that everything else is just small parts and little issues. Wiring shouldn't be much of anything I would think unless you are trying to put a different obd model than yours.

rear tranny mount = same
99-2000 civic si rear tranny bracket = same as 94-01 teg rear tranny bracket
the rest is great info
