Those mods would only let you beat a stock accord ex (4cylinder only)... that wouldn't be much to brag about either. I'd suggest the best bang for buck i've experienced on a d16y8. That would be the Hondata Gasket, you can get it for around $50... and it saves u money, u never have to buy another IM gasket again.

You can almost get a Greddy Kit for the amount you'd spend on those parts.
