You can use your old engines wiring harness, or just get one with the engine to make it easier, you'll need the motor mounts with the engine if possible (I think you can reuse some of yours), as well as a 99-00 civic si rear tranny mount....

other than that everything else is just small parts and little issues. Wiring shouldn't be much of anything I would think unless you are trying to put a different obd model than yours.

rear tranny mount = same
99-2000 civic si rear tranny bracket = same as 94-01 teg rear tranny bracket
