Default B18c smoking during acceleration

I have a 2000 Civic si with full gsr swap. I recently replaced head gasket and valve seals. It smokes a little bit during acceleration. I haven’t changed the oil/ oil filter yet ( stupid I know) but could a clogged oil filter cause it to burn oil? It’s not smoking on start up/idle. Only during acceleration. When I’m running 75 mph on the hwy I get a burnt oil smell in the cabin. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
