Where is the Starter Cut Out Relay on a 95 Civic EX sedan
I cannot find the Starter Cut Out Relay on a 95 Civic EX sedan.
My starter will not crank over with the key and I do not have 12V at the starter solenoid connector at the starter.
I can jump start it or push start it but it will not start with the key.
Please help!

Can you post a video showing the locations of all of the switches and relays under the dash? I'm pretty sure my problem is the starter relay switch, but idk where it is.
