Default starter relay location 99 ex?

like i said i have a 99 ex with t3/t4. i did a recent 5 speed conversion and when we went to tune the car(s-afc II) it was running fine. stopped at autozone, went to leave and it wont start? all connections on starter are good. fuses are good, battery good. no starter click, just fan turning on when key is in start position? looked in manual for relay location, called autozone. nothing says where it is. do you guys think it is the relay? if so, where is it? i am stumped right now.

thanks for your help.

Check your wire connections going to the starter make sure they are solid. I had that problem on my 93 and it wouldn't start I tightened them up and it worked.

If your car has a starter relay its going to be in the fuse box thats under the hood.I didn't think Hondas had a starter relay but you can check anyways. Also when did you last replace your starter? You could just have a bad starter. If it keeps happeneing give it a good smack (I did this based on what i was told by someone on this sight) if it starts right up its a high possibility that your starter is going bad.
