on your main relay you have a yel/bk and yl on the same row, that is fuel pump energization (word of the day). while cranking check both of these at main relay for power while plugged in. if one and not the other has power, its a bad main. if neither have power its a bad ignition switch (electrical part) if both have power, check for 12 v at the plug in the rear to the fuel pump, you should get 12 v key off/on for a few seconds, if this happens, then you have a bad fuel pump or restricted lines.

also you can take the gascap off and listen for a pump sound (need 2 people) from key off/on. if u hear the pump check restrictions, if you dont plan a is where you are at. no other angles except mice chewed the ground off your pump housing.

You can hear the fuel pump prime from inside the car the car when the key is turned to the on position. No need to take off the gas cap, and you don't need 2 people.

Have you even read this whole thread? He replaced the fuel pump. After this he still didn't hear the pump prime. Then he jumped the main relay and the pump primed itself. After he put a new relay on, the pump would not prime anymore.

Also, don't make so many damn posts. If you have more to say, edit your previous post. You really need to quit whoring threads.

To the owner, are you throwing an engine check light when it is not working? If so, check the code. In the online resources sticky (above this thread) it shows you how if you don't know.

I still think it is one of the following. Fuse, new relay is bad, ECU.

I do have a check engine light on but the Honda mechanic in town said it was the 02 sensor. Car was running fine with the light on for weeks.

Check the code yourself. It is easy. You may be throwing more than one code.

Here is how: http://www.c-speedracing.com/faq/06.php, and https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...d.php?t=185065

(taken from the sticky at the top)

well...finally got around to checking the fuses. Still no dice.

What the best way to check for power at on the relay like FatHonda mentioned above? If the relay is bad, I'd love to know so I could get my maybe get my money back for it.
