You can hear the fuel pump prime from inside the car the car when the key is turned to the on position. No need to take off the gas cap, and you don't need 2 people.
Have you even read this whole thread? He replaced the fuel pump. After this he still didn't hear the pump prime. Then he jumped the main relay and the pump primed itself. After he put a new relay on, the pump would not prime anymore.
Also, don't make so many damn posts. If you have more to say, edit your previous post. You really need to quit whoring threads.

To the owner, are you throwing an engine check light when it is not working? If so, check the code. In the online resources sticky (above this thread) it shows you how if you don't know.
I still think it is one of the following. Fuse, new relay is bad, ECU.
