Default New suspension/alignement, now it pulls wierd through the turns

I recently got a new suspension (H&R OE for 0.75" drop, KYB AGX). Before this, my stock susp has been aligned 1 yr ago and had no noticeable driving problems. The new suspension was put on and alignment done. No noticeable driving problem on the straights, but now in the turns it feels like the car doesn't quite want to stay the way I'm pointing it, as if the two steering tires are kinda fighting each other through the turn. Here's my alignment results:

Is my slight (but within spec) toe out causing this?

toe will cause the car to squirm, as one tire grips and the other slides due to road conditions. It may be more obvious when cornering because you're depending on the traction, plus the Ackerman effect of the rack will magnify it. All though that small of a number shouldn't be noticeable.
what is the condition of the tires? previously worn due to something and now the stiffer suspension is making it more noticeable?

Well I see one problem and that is ALOT of toe out on the rear. Is the car squirrely? Meaning on the highway does it dart back and forth?

And then you have alot of toe in on the front which makes the car plow in turns.

Tires have about 10k miles on them (yoko ES100) and are in good shape.

Car is stable on the straights (highway). I can let go of the wheel and it just glides. It's the turns....

So... you're saying that even though my toe is in spec, it's still causing my probs?

Are all the shocks adjusted the same? Other than that I would check for something broke or loose- although the shop would have tried to sell you something if they saw anything.
Hell, if I can align my toe in with a tape measure that much difference shouldn't be noticable.

All the same. 1/4 front and 2/8 rear.

You could try changing the adjustment, firmer in the front ?? Then firmer in the rear?? See what happens.
