Lowering help
"need" is pretty subjective.
according to Honda anything lower than stock needs adjustment...that is, if you want to do it right...get the camber kit.
btw, youll be able to see ifits necessary, but i bet if you shim the back everything will be ok. i think hondas rule is 1 degree off the factory floor, if you go outside that sears wont align your dang wheels.
me, im quitea bit further down that than, i needed camber all around, but thats irrelevant...unless you get bored with a 2" drop like i did and go deeper.

i say yes you do and if you dont now you'll be out some money for tires... mine drop was 1.5 and all was well eventually all the tires wore really bad and had to be replaced.... the slightest bit can over time have an affect on your tires.. if you wanna play safe and not have to give up tire money later, buy a camber kit its cheaper than all new tires.

most cars come from the factory with the rear raised, trucks are more like 2-5" taller in the back because people put loads there and the springs eventually sag. we lower in those sorts of amounts because a more level car handles differently, (not necessarily better, but different)

one type is a screw sort that chnaged out your upper a arm. the rear one is the hold out on the upper support arm, it is more like a tie rod in that its adjustable. rears are like 100 bucks, the fronts are about 160-200.
btw, camber is your wheels perpendicularity to the horizon/ground.
