Yes for a 2000 civic it is in the same place. If you have an advance auto near you, they allow you to borrow a obd scanner to use in there parking lot. Very easy to use, you can find out the code, erase it then, and they can also print it out for you.

1 and 43 are both related to the primary O2 sensor. I'd just change it out and it should be good to go.

so if i fix error I (o2 sensor) that may fix the Fuel prallem?

also lately in 3rd gear around 2-4k rpm i get huge power loss sometimes that feels like the car wants to die.

im only puting 93 octane and used an injector cleaner in the first and second full tank.

How much is an o2 sensor for this car? where can i get a good price? and where is it on the car?

Um, you probably dont need 93 octane unless you have higher compression than stock... up to 240 usually you only need 87 octane.

And yea, change out the O2 sensor, you have error 1 and 43, you can use the universal sensor (cheap way and use my DIY for help) or buy the honda o2 sensor which is much better but more expensive but its just plug and play.
