1) Warm up the car with a quick drive around the block. Turn off.
2) Drain old oil via the drain plug in the oil pan. Screw the drain plug back in.
3) Replace filter.
4) Dump in new oil via filler cap on the valve cover.
5) Turn on the car and allow the oil system to prime itself.
6) Turn off car, check the oil level and top off if needed.

Done.

That's the only way to do it, within reason.

Just be safe...use jackstands

Oh ya and don't over-torque the drain plug

*edit: One quick tip that may be useful to someone else; I hate it when oil drips out of the filter from the back of the block so I came up with something that works. I had a large funnel that was laying around the garage and I attached a piece of clear tubing to the end of it going into the drain pan. Just hold the funnel with one hand and unscrew the filter with the other. Now when you take the filter off the oil won't get all over everything

Even easier.
1) Warm up car.
2) Drain by drain plug.
3) Refill by fill plug or bung on top of trans, depending on model.

*both fluid changes assume the car is lifted on jack stands for the operations

What they said on oil change is exactly how it is done.....on tune up u need a few more things. If u are doing a full tune up, you'll need: new plugs(ngk or bosch platiums i recommend), new distrib. cap, new rotor button, and new plug wires(ngk blues i recommend). To do these is easy, just take off old wires(making note of which one went where), take off old distrib. cap, take off rotor button(may have to do a quick crank and turn off to line up screw), put new stuff on reverse way it came off. Don't forget to gap ur plugs if they're not already gapped too, have fun and good luck!

spark plugs are like 1-2 bucks apiece, pregapped. all you need is a ratched with a proper size deep socket and you can change those in a second. change the wires too if they are in crappy shape.

rotation of tires? you can do that yourself too! just get two jacks and lift up one side at a time.

if you want an easy way to change oil try this: www.liquivac.com

honda wires are good. i suggest those.

dont forget what you put the oil filter back on you shold put a little oil on the rubber seal. helps get a better seal on there.

all these things shouldnt take too long. about an hour.

I always double check the gap on the plugs, sometimes the pregap isn't too great.

Always, ALWAYS check the spark plug gap even if they are "pre-gapped." The only sparkplugs that come truely pre-gapped are plugs for rotary engines... because they are non-adjustable and engine specific.
