Just be safe...use jackstands

Oh ya and don't over-torque the drain plug

*edit: One quick tip that may be useful to someone else; I hate it when oil drips out of the filter from the back of the block so I came up with something that works. I had a large funnel that was laying around the garage and I attached a piece of clear tubing to the end of it going into the drain pan. Just hold the funnel with one hand and unscrew the filter with the other. Now when you take the filter off the oil won't get all over everything
