Pictures don't lie :thumbup: If you say "Calico coated bearings" sort of fast without thinking, it sounds as though it's just a coating (+ most people have never heard of them), but there are many different brands of coated bearings. Ask them to send your Clevelite or ACL bearings off to be Calico coated...? heheeeeeeeeee... Tell them you want to see them as soon as they arive.

I'll go search around. Any idea where I can get bearings for the C1 that aren't Clevite?

Also, I dropped the head off at the machine shop today. Getting the following done:
valves cleaned
ported intake manifold to match the already ported head
ported exhast side of the head to match the turbo manifold
flywheel resurfaced
head deck cleaned up

I'll probably post pics of the head when I get it back. The head already has a 3 angle valve job, any other suggestions for it?
