I ran 4 years without a camber kit and dropped 2". What really kills your tires is toe and combination of too much toe and camber really kills your tires. If you ask for 0 toe front and rear you should be fine.

so what exactly would be the best set up for a daily driven car with about a 2 inch drop if not camber was to be used? Toe set to zero? or to Specs? Which one provides less tire wear?

Zero to or to specs, if you are autocrossing or doing hpde's I might suggest a little more aggresive setup, like 1/8th inch total out, but if the car is just lower for looks and street drving I would set it specs or 0 all around, a litte toe in will help the car be more stable where toe out will make it less stable in laymens terms, and the car may tend to follow the groves in the road.

some of the most useful information Ive heard after a few weeks of searching on information if a camber kit would be needed for a 1.8 inch drop all around (Tein S Springs), thankfully I can now save the money I INTEDNED on using to buy a camber kit. However one more quik question. Which would you choose for a car that is lowered for strictly looks and is driven on a daily basis, when it comes to minimiziing tire wear. Toe set to 0? or to Specs? Or are they relatively the same?

They are probably pretty close Its been awhile since I have been around a factory settings book, but genearlly on fwd cars it is usually 0 toe in/out the front and like 1/16 toe to 1/8 toe in the rear. I would get your aligment and see what your camber settings are, genrally 2 or less with 0 toe all around is going to be pretty easy on your tires, and with normal roatation you should get pretty good life out of your tires. My 35000 mile tires were bald on the inside and at the wear bars on the outside all around when I took them off. I rotated them about once every 10000 miles or so, sometimes more I had when to an autocross and change tires...

I'd personally ask for 1/16" total toe out in the front and zero toe in the rear. Good to the tires and helps handling.
