C) if you love your car, you WILL regret letting it go before it's time
D) I can see where having to small of a car can create headaches in your life (can't drive anyone anywhere, you have to make two trips just to carry a few things, etc)
E)4th gen ludes are the shit. 92-95. But if you get one, make sure you get a vtec model. The h23 and f22 are basically worthless in stock form, unless you want to swap in an h22...
F) tacomas are nice trucks. My brother in law had one for 3 years, and it was nice. I just hated how the tranny always felt like it was catching into gear (even new from the factory)
G) tacomas get about 20mpg or so...
H) the sol should be getting at least 28mpg
I) a 4th gen lude should get just slightly worse mileage than the sol
J) the lude is heavier, and once people get then into the 13's, they give up, swap the entire setup into a hatch and run 11's with the same setup
K) I love my hatch because I can throw shit in it, I got it cheap, and I don't have to give a rats ass about it. PLus it gets all the harnd me downs from the sol
L) Do you really think you're going to marry the girl? If so, do what will be best in the end. If not, let it blow up in your face, cause if she's bitchy enough to make your life hell over a car, think of what she'll do when you send the mortgage payment in late...

yeah i talked to my g/f for about an hour (it's the only time we talk all day) and i told her i talked to yall and i said i'm not selling it and i'm gona spend more money on it and your gona have to live with it. then she said well your gona have to live with my complaining ( i can't hear her if the top is off and all 3 windows down :naughty: )

EDIT: I was looking around and i found a shop that listed install prices even if it is in another time zone, all the way in philly. this shop says they will swap a sohc for 500 bucks, so new d16z6 and manual trans = $750 or so, new internals rods, springs, retainers, pistons = $1000+, turbo kit= $1700, say $1000 for install, total=$4500 or so. Is it over kill to get new springs and retainers and such if i were only to run like 8 or so pounds of boost? people here have said i need no interal work for 8psi, but i would like to have no problems so i figure do it right the first time eh? If i do all this over time it won't seem so bad i guess.... maybe i don't need a turbo right now, just i/h/e intake manifold, cam gears. I been doning lots of looking on the internet.

hummm maybe your right, i should just worry about getting an engine that dosen't smoke 
and swaping to a manual. But where is a good place to find low mileage z6, they wren't in japan so they don't import them with 30,000. Does anyone know of a place that i can get a good used z6 with 30k to 60k on it?? with the manual trans??? for like $750???
