yeah, if you dont have the special wrench you can just use vicegrips
lock em onto one of the tabs on the "||" and turn...just make sure its really tight or else it might come off and each time they come off it will start to strip em

doing this is 100 times easier if you take em off the car...but since you didnt know how to raise it...Id stay away from removing the suspension until another day

You only want whats in the first pic for rasing and lowering
The top center nut doesnt look like its tight enough though....that or the bushings are too large. Either way, it doesnt look like it has enough thread in it.

no the top center nut has like a hole in it allso it looks like and allen wrench hole, so the part you showed me i just latch onto it an tighten it right. here is a better pic of my top center nut.

right, just turn the blue things under the spring with your vicegrips
do the top one and then the bottom one afterward. when the 2 meet make sure you tighten them against each other to lock them together (turn the top down and the bottom up)
