A friend of mine is replacing his built GSR motor with a built B20. This will be my first experience with the B20 so we'll see what's up. 18sec, have you heard of force 10? They did the head and did a nice job.

IMO, b20 is one of the best engines to build up. CrVtec = mad N/A hp. b20 boost = good numbers. Plus, torque is cool.....

 

No, he's not giving it away. It will go on the shelf with six other other long block GSR and B16A's he has. he does a lot swaps and stuff on the side so he has quite a collection. Oh, he also has a nice stable of honda's. But if you need one let me know, I can get you a solid motor for a good price. I still have the first gen B16A changeover for a CRX if you know anyone interested. I have not really tried to sell it but I have the motor, tranny, new teg axles, madd mounts, new rear teg mount, Hasport shift linkage, and Hasport VTEC harness. let me know man, we need to meet up anyway. I have'nt sold the motor because i don't want anyone coming to my house to see it if you know what I mean.

my d16y7 has ~115k miles on it. The tranny is starting to act up. And frankly, I'm tired of being 'slow' :chuckles:

let me know some pricing on the engines (any/all) and I'll let you know whats up I could definatly use one of those gsr's.... :rick:

I bought the camera off a friend but I have no disk for the software so my pc see's the USB and the camera but i can't get the pics off thye damnb camera. It's a Sony DSC-P72

I searched man, no luck on the camera shit. Yeah, we need to have a meet or something so I can justify the outing to my old lady. She's been whining about my cars taking too much time from our relationship, blah, blah, blah. You'll know what I mean once you have been married forever. You should meet up with me at rivercity (san antonio raceway) one of these days. I should be there next saturday for sure, I just installed some cut outs on my best friends 2002 GT today so we are going to see what that Pony is made of finally.

I hope your not talking about the GSR intake manifold since it will not fit on a b20 head (only a LS mani will bolt to the b20 head). Not to mention the GSR mani is junk with all of the secondary crap.
