Default So, here's what I'm thinking:

Buy a B18C1 shortblock
Mod the fawk out of it: sleeves, nice big bore, maybe blockguard, Z10 cradle, couple other minor mods
Go 9:1 JE (what do you think? Might keep 9.5:1... dunno)

Take my motor out, swap all the crap over and boost 20+ psi

Thoughts?

Oh, and where can I get a shortblock?

Sounds good. You are addicted to power.

I'd keep all the stuff on my current motor.. just swap it all over when I get done with the block. All I want is a bare B18C1 block... that's it.

Only things done to my current block are bored over 0.010 and decked...

I wouldn't be losing much at all.

You must have a shitload of money laying around to fund all this stuff that youre doing to that car...just out of curiousty, if you dont mind me asking, how much have you spent on it, not inlcuding the price of the car itself?

I don't know and I don't want to know. It's a depressing subject... I'm addicted, plain and simple.

I have a really great situation going for me right now and it allows me to do what I want. I've found a job that pays me what I want (almost) and I am just about bill-less. I owe $900 on my car and it'll be paid off in the next month or two.

I'm about to start an Associate-holder Bachelor program on the web so that'll ding my wallet for a while, but a BS in IT in 13 months is a good deal.
