I would rather pay the extra money for the Eagle rods instead of some no-name rods with no previous track record. Plenty of solid, reliable power has been made on Eagle rods.
Oh, and if you ever decide you want to piece out your turbo kit, let me know.

Sounds like a solid build you have going there. What are your power goals?
Sleeving is overkill for my power goals, IMO. I don't really have the funds to do that anyway.

Keep your eyes open, I've seen Wiseco and JE pistons as low as $300. I haven't seen CP's lower than $450 though. What kind of valvespring's are you looking at?
And those pistons are complete with rings, wrist pins, and spiral locks? I will definitely be keeping my eyes peeled for deals since my next purchase will be rods and pistons so I can get the machine work done. Thanks for the link...I'll check it out.
I was thinking Supertech on the valve springs but I haven't done much research on which brand is best for my application. Any recommendations?

Yeah, we sell the 3071 at work and I could get a killer deal on it but paying twice as much for a few rpm quicker spool time is probably not the smartest thing to do on a limited budget. Oh, well...build is now, turbo upgrade is later, so I will make a decision when it is time.
