1) the cat is deleted yet the car has a resonator and muffler
2) I think 4pt harness is better than an airbag.

I admit losing the cat wasnt the smartest thing but this isnt a rice rocket. no body kit, no annoyingly loud exhaust, no obnoxious wings or ridiculous wheels. It was modified to be able to run in autocross as well as be streetable. I agree with replacing the cat. But i really feel that this guy toasted me just for the sake of doing so...

And as far as Emissions goes.... Whats worse.... A gas guzzling soccer mom driven Cadillac Escalade or a 4 cylinder Acura? Oh well, such is life...

I guess its just better for me to be a horrible driver than to have modifications to my car. Im not arguing what i got written for but a separate ticket for each thing is overboard. I was nice, I was polite, I was obeying the speed limit. I agree that a high flow cat is a good option. My car is at 21 1/8" with the 18's on the car btw. And in total my problem is the fact that he could have been out busting someone street racing or getting a criminal off the streets. But No, he took an hour to write me tickets. And on another note I simply feel its my choice if i remove an airbag, but yes the car should have a cat. but do I need FIVE summons' to prove that matter? I dont feel I do.
