Default Work out crew? Creatine?

Well I dont work out much, been too lazy recently, but i do have a small gym in my house that i can use. My question is in regards to creatine serum. My doc told me several months ago that i should consider using it to boost energy and see if it worked. I never tried it but thought i'd give it a try now. He recommended it because i have MD and get tired sometimes, so mostly of energy not for working out, but i do, or did work out heheheh. So my question is, i just bought the serum that is sold at GNC, is their own brand, and it says this

"consume 1 serving of 4 droppers full 8ml first thin in the morning or immediately following workouts"

Now i thought that you are supose to take creatine serum a few mintutues before working out. I would have asked the girl their but she looked like she didnt know shit, and i also didnt realize what it said untill after i got home. I thought it was like the ATP performance serum that says take it before work outs. Anyone have any experience with this?

i would defintely do without creatine.

ask yourself why you are taking it, try obtaining your goal without it, and you will see that it is really unecessary.

I found personally, it doens't matter when I took it. As long as I exercised and drank GALLONS of water, it worked fine. It might be different for different people. I never took the serum, I took the tablets. I usually take it everyday for 2 months, then go off of it for 2 months, and so on.

Creatine only works if you drinks TONS of water(not liquids), and exercise daily(doesn't have to be a 3 hour workout, but a run or something).

Hope that helps a little. If you need some more info, lemme know. I was a personal trainer for 2 years.

I'm more a fan of the all-natural workout... by watching what your intake is & focusing your workout you can achieve trimming, cutting, and/or weight loss all at the same time. What you eat and what exercises you do has a huge impact... moreso (IMO) than what supplements you take.

At least, this is what has worked for me... I've dropped from a 36"+ waist down to a 31", and from 230lbs. to 180lbs., yet have added 3" around my arms & 4" around my chest from focused exercises and rotating my workout, along with eating a stable diet so my body knows exactly what it gets and what it needs.

yea...i eat alot of junk food...I actaully just came back from the doc, since when i did work out recently i would feel a shortness of breath and weezing kindof like asthma, so i went and tehy gave me an inhailder, said i ave some type of bromchirous something like a really mild case of asthma, so i use it before i work out.

As for the creatine, i guess i will try it out and let you know, i'm really lazy but i have a goal to lose some weight, its really hard for me to work out and gain muscle since i said i have muscular dystrophy, which is why i was lookin for a supplement or somethign to help out and give me energy. As for my diet, i eat alot of junkfood and the reason i am trying to work out again is because over the last yr or so i've gained about 20-25 lbs, might not seem like a lot, but i'm 5'2 and usually weighted 95-105. So yea but i'm still unsure on how to use it i guess.

My main question which i'm still uncertain is wether to use it before or after. I asked the doc and she said after, but she wasnt ware of the serum, so she's not a good source i guess, she said what creatine does is add protein, so it helps rebuld muscle on the days off...

Default FOR THOSE THAT DONT BELIVE IN CREATIN

http://www.abetterbody.com/get-fit/f...glutamine.html I use cell tech .. It to be used after your work out .. first week is the loading stage which you have to take the creatine 2 times a day. Then its one time after your work out BUT I have found out that its better to drink it while working out. I work out for 90 minutes and i drink the creatine 45 minutes into the work out.
