what does it mean when you stop sweating during heavy cardio?
Every time I do cardio I'm my stationary bike at home after about an hour I stop sweating and I'm not tired anymore... I eventually just stop from boredom after 2 hours...
I drink plenty of water (about half a gallon)...
When I finish I feel super energetic .... I go really hard btw .. All the fatigue just goes away after a hour on a bike and no more sweat..
Explanations? I can't find any answers online but I find people asking the same questions but no answers

Start doing intervals instead of pacing
Or get on a real bike and start measuring in miles as well as time, it is a different workout than a stationary is.
My opinion is that stationary bikes should be used in bad weather as a supplemental workout and not as a main source of cardio unless you are doing "spin" which uses interval training as it's basis.
