Swap for a B18 with less milage. then Turbo that.

Well maybe a little more, you can probably get some used parts though. Greddy turbo+IC+Wastegate+BOV for around $3700

Whatever you do dont get a greddy kit, it is a total waste of money and time. I would go with the rev hard kit or something similiar.

As for your engine just get a comp check and if its good you should be ok. Upgrade the injectors and get some kind of engine management (hondata) and you will be able to run higher boost on your stock motor. Later on down the road you can build your block for more boost.
