there is nothing sad about it. death is part of life. at least me and axe aren't caught up in our own mortality and can accept that there is no promise of life after death. humans are, after all only another species on this planet. just because we have computers and civilizations does not mean that we have some divine purpose. to think so is merely grasping at straws because you cannot come to terms with your own mortality.

I can't grasp my own mortality? That is such an assinine comment. I do understand and know that there is a life after death. You are the one who doesn't have a grasp on life, I mean you couldn't even answer basic questions if someone asked you. Why is it so hard for you to believe that we don't have a purpose in this life. Answer my quesetion then, why are we here? Where are we going? What/where were we before we were born. Make sure you take your time to think about your answer and not pull shit out of you mouth like you did in your last post.

Its life... in the end you are nothing more than a pile of bones or ashes. You pass on what you have learnt to your children who pass it onto their children.

right right.. why don't you go string up a "******" or a "jew" with the rest of your clan buddies. just because i don't believe the same way as you does not make me wrong in my beliefs by any means. immortality by any means is a fairy tale IMO and that's all that this afterlife/reincarnation/etc.. is if you break it down. so with that save your bigotry for your clan friends.

You can believe what you want to believe, thats fine with me. When you both said that you didn't believe in some sort of after life I just thought that was a sad thought. Thats all.

I see that you avoided my questions, why? Cause you don't have an answer, or don't care. Those are some basic questions. You really have no idea about anything your talking about do you.

well... we are here simply by chance that a few hundred million years ago a chemical recation occurred which caused a single celled organism to come into being. that organism, though cellular division, became two...those became four etc.. now over the amny years these many different organisms were forced to adapt to their surroundings through mutation and various other means. now, with these adaptations every couple of generations soon there were more than just single celled organisms and after hundreds of millions of years we have humans and every other species on the planet. no reason to be here other than coincidence. where are we going? i'm going to sleep in a bit and this society we live in is going in the shitter... as far as what we were before we were born... face it... you were your daddy's love juice and your mom's egg.. your residence was split up between ovaries and testicles. the argument that humans in particular have some higher purpose is riddled with conceit and fear of the unknown. nothing more.

Your telling me to grow up, take your own advise. Like I said before you can believe what you want. I am cool with that. But you answered my question on a "scientifical" level, this thread is about a "spritual" question. So thanks for the biology lession and I know much more now about sexuality then I did before. But science can't answer everything.

anyone ever see the movie "what dreams may come"?

anyways.....
well... we are here simply by chance that a few hundred million years ago a chemical recation occurred which caused a single celled organism to come into being.
true

that organism, though cellular division, became two...those became four etc..
true

now over the amny years these many different organisms were forced to adapt to their surroundings through mutation and various other means.
again, true

now, with these adaptations every couple of generations soon there were more than just single celled organisms and after hundreds of millions of years we have humans and every other species on the planet.
wow, you just discribed evolution.

no reason to be here other than coincidence.
again, true, but why does coincidence automaticlly mean disorder?

just because you've lost your touch with an ordered reality doesn't mean its not.

funny thing is, although you don't beleive in god, you just discribed him in the same way I beleive in him......

where are we going? i'm going to sleep in a bit and this society we live in is going in the shitter... as far as what we were before we were born... face it... you were your daddy's love juice and your mom's egg.. your residence was split up between ovaries and testicles.
here's a problem with science:

it breaks down the processes of life so simply to the point where it loses all warmth and love.

take records for example. Many people claim records sound better than cd's. Other people claim those people are loony, since cd's are obviously superior. Thing is, records are analog, whereas cd's are digital. While digital technology makes sounds more seperated and clearer, it loses the warm resonate sounds records give off.

some people claim digital sound is "cold" and hollow. Kinda like the digital lives we all live.

technology and science is what is undoing us. But its there. Evolution, while most religions disregard it, is still true, I feel.

however, that does not mean there's no god, and no afterlife. People think that if the answers not there, there's simply nothing. These are the same people who demand proof, and thats selfish. No one deserves to know their own fate, and no one will. So yes, there won't be super-dramatic-in-your-face-proof of God, or afterlife, or any of that shit.

you just have to have faith. Not in christ, or muhammad, but something other than yourself. You're just a small fish in a huge-ass sea. You're insignifacant, and nothing. Accept it and grow.

because you may think you're in control, and you know what? You genereally are. But thats not always the case.

the argument that humans in particular have some higher purpose is riddled with conceit and fear of the unknown. nothing more.
how sad it must be to live in your shoes. You must have gotten alot of shit, be it from a parent or a sibling or maybe even your peers. Get over it. Move on. Being full of contempt will get you nowhere. Open up.

Humble yourself and open up to higher possiblity. Because assholes like you are what will keep humans in the same shit we've been in. You're gonna make my life harder....
