Any rules of thumb for doing Push-ups?
Is their/there a certain way to do push ups. Isn't your chin or your forehead suppose to be low and your chin low as well. I dunno give me some techniques on doing them. I just did about 35 but I don't think I did them right, my arms feel tired though.

head up, back straight, feet no more than 12" apart. lower yourself until your upper arms are parallel with the ground and then raise your body as a unit back up. try to avoid the "caterpillar" effect.
