so, I've been making pens
I was familiar with the wood already from buying grips for a gun I had so I knew which wood I wanted. This one isn't exactly the same but I think I like it more. Thanks bro!

I can get you a list of wood I currently have, but I can pretty much use any wood. Some people even make castings out of corn cob, cherry pits, coffee beans, and a ton of other stuff. There are also acrylic blanks (basically plastic) which can get pretty funky.
There are a couple of options I might be willing to try. I seen people put a decal on the wood, then cover it with a finish (of glue) so that it'll polish and be smooth. Another option I've seen is custom made acrylic blanks with logos in them. I've been trying to find the picture that I've seen, but haven't yet.

This is a blank with a logo inside. Once it's turned down, the logo would be much clearer.

Here's a pen made using a blank like the one above. There are different pen kits, so the pen itself could be different (a click, a twist, a rollerball like this with a twist off cap)

I could engrave pens, but not for the cost that Robert quoted. Plus my machine isn't really for micro-engraving. Now that pen stand, I could knock that out fast
:edit:
Maybe we could start a HAN Swaggs DIY Laser CNC fund and any contributors (larger than a certain amount) would have pens engraved for free

And I also just got some Bethlehem Olivewood.
