Good choice IMO. :thumbup: I think you'll be much happier with the Elise in the long run, plus you have Ye Olde Mini to look forward to.
I forget, did you / will you be doing motor work on the classic Mini?
I somehow recall seeing a nice T3 turbo kit a long while back.

it's a performance upgrade kit made my John Coopers shop (which is run by his son now, since he has passed away).
new exhaust system, new S/C, new higher flowing head, new software, etc.
only for the New MINI Cooper S. bumps the HP to 200hp and most importantly retains the factory warranty. It can only be purchased through the dealer and installed by the dealer in the US.
