Just got a call from the dealer.
My allocation for the MINI Cooper S came up :doh:
They are 3 months early...
I don't have the money to buy the car right now... sheiiiiiiittt
#1 Pass for now and hope it comes up middle of next year
#2 Get a 2nd mortgage and buy it now...
Not sure what I want to do since I plan on quitting my job soon.

If you can swing it without it affecting your finances too much, then I'd go for it, but don't let it be an issue to keep you at your currect job if you want to move on, ya know?

I'm haven't decided. I have a week or so to decide and about 8 weeks after that to come up with the $33K or so (including cost for JCW kit)
