yeah man delete ALL of that .. i doubt you need any of it and get rid of kazaa. . you might have to reformat if it keeps giving you problems but dont put kazaa back on . .at least you know whats causing your problem now all that stuff is running in the background but you can't really see it and 100 is a hellevah lot i thought 30 was bad

i can tell a diff already even w/out a reboot. i also went into msconfig & deactivated real player & quicktime updaters & the scanner share to web crap

now all that is running is my video card & touchpad stuff & my anti-virus.

topped it off w/ a nice "regclean" run & now it's running like a champ again
