i can see a realsched.exe. Realplayer? Try stopping that and see what happens.

do you have kazaa at all? that program and all that spyware or whatever it is it comes with really really bogs stuff down. try running Adaware .. you can get it from download.com .. it finds a whole bunch of crap thats running in your registry and what not and you can delete it then ..

 

yea i had kazaa, but only run it when i want to look for something.

oh man delete that - if you want to use kazaa get kazaalite .. (aka kazaa without all of the crap that bogs you down) - you wont believe how much of a difference it makes
