actually the first one was a crash that broke the fuselage in half. the second was a hard landing that flipped the plane and caused no significant damage.

You know what I would do? I would gather a few buddies with paintball guns and set up a "Gulf War over Baghdad" type of scene. Line up a few friends in an open field and have them try and shoot it down. Charge 'em $25 bucks a pop and you should break even if they kill it... plus it would be a ton of fun.

 

The corsair is no more :wtc: She flew fine if just a bit slower wednesday but today wanted to pitch right really bad. Kept giving it trim to no avail, looked down to make sure I was hitting the correct trim, looked up just in time to see her roll over and straight into the asphalt. Motor bent, firewall shattered, body... let's face it she's been dead for a while and I don't know how she's been still moving.
