Warning: Rant
Okay.. I have a new coworker... so.. it was my job to train her. To make things a little easier.. I typed out very basic.. step by step instructions for her. Plus explained things with lots of detail cause I realized she wasn't very computer literate. Plus.. the concept of the job is very simple. I picked it up within ten minutes of my first day. She's been here three hours... and every two minutes... "Uhm... what do I do..." The same thing I told you two minutes ago!!! It doesn't change. Ever... it's all repetative. I can understand someone who isn't computer literate... but she's just a god dang moron! And, come on, this is by far THE simpilest job. She's literaly asked me the same questions 5-6 times. -_- This is worse then anything I ever had to do when I worked in tech support.

Yea, I cant understand how people these days cannot use a computer. It's like a touch tone phone. Seriously. They've been around almost 40 years and people dont know how to operate one. True ... the operating system and stuff has all evolved, but in the last decade the overall idea of click, right click, point, keyboard .... hasnt changed. It pisses me off that people are so stupid.
i hate training people who don't think for themselves. i had to train a girl when i left my last job and she asked me "what do i do next". i'm like, "just think about it. what would logically come next". trained her for 2 weeks and she was still asking me on the very last day. some people. sheesh.
She's making my head hurt.
RB: Don't forget about what happens when you break the cup holder on the PC. :chuckles:
Flipped Cracker.. I know what you mean... It's logic... plan and simple.
Dom.. my mom does that... :chuckles:
